By using Black Market ("the Bot", "the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.
1. Description of Service
Black Market is a free-to-play text-based crime RPG Discord bot. The Bot provides entertainment through virtual gameplay including jobs, crimes, heists, PvP combat, gambling, guilds, and other game mechanics within Discord servers.
2. Eligibility
To use the Bot, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service)
- Have a valid Discord account in good standing
- Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
3. Virtual Currency & Items
⚠️ Important: All in-game currency, items, stats, and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the game for entertainment purposes. You cannot:
- Exchange virtual currency or items for real money
- Sell, trade, or transfer your account for real-world payment
- Claim any monetary compensation for lost virtual items or currency
4. User Conduct
When using the Bot, you agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, macros, or bots to interact with the Bot ("botting")
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage
- Attempt to manipulate the game economy through exploits
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through game mechanics
- Create multiple Discord accounts to gain unfair advantages ("multi-accounting")
- Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Bot's systems
- Use the Bot to violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Account & Data
Your game account is tied to your Discord User ID. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to:
- Reset, modify, or remove game data at any time
- Adjust game balances, stats, and mechanics without notice
- Wipe data during major updates if necessary

6. Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to take action against users who violate these terms, including but not limited to:
- Warning — Notification of the violation
- Cash/Item Reset — Removal of illegitimately gained virtual goods
- Temporary Ban — Temporary suspension from the Bot
- Permanent Ban — Permanent removal from the Bot across all servers
Enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of the Bot developer.
7. Service Availability
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Preservation of game data in case of technical failure
- Continued availability of any specific feature
- Specific uptime or response times
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Market and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, game progress, or enjoyment.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication.
